Cancellation & Refund Policy - TradeCalc Master

1. Overview

TradeCalc Master V5.6 is sold as a one-time payment for a fixed period — choose a 1-Month, 3-Month, 1-Year, or 2-Year plan. There is no subscription, no recurring billing, and no auto-renewal: you pay once for the period you choose, and if you'd like to continue after it ends, you simply purchase again. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains when a refund is and isn't available. By completing a purchase on TradeCalc Master ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to the terms below.

2. No Auto-Renewal, No Cancellation Needed

TradeCalc Master V5.6 plans are single one-time payments for a fixed period (1 Month, 3 Months, 1 Year, or 2 Years) — there is nothing to "cancel," since you will never be auto-charged again.
There are no recurring charges, no auto-renewal, and no billing cycles to manage.
When your plan period ends, your saved Journal data, trade history and Dashboard analytics are never deleted — you can log in to view or export them at any time. Only new calculations and premium features require an active plan.

3. Refund Eligibility

Because access is granted instantly and digitally upon successful payment, TradeCalc Master V5.6 is a non-refundable digital product once access has been granted — except in the situations listed below, where a full refund will always be provided:

Duplicate/accidental payment — charged more than once for the same purchase.
Payment deducted but access not granted — a technical failure on our end prevented your account from being activated.

Outside of the situations above, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with personal trading outcomes, or incorrect values entered by the user into the calculator — TradeCalc Master is a calculation and journaling tool, not a financial product, and refunds are not evaluated based on trading profits or losses.

4. Refund Eligibility at a Glance

5. How to Request a Refund

Email us at contact@tradecalcmaster.com with your registered email ID, payment date, and transaction/payment ID.
Alternatively, use the Contact form on our website and select "Payment Failure" or "Billing / Account" as the reason.
We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and resolve it within 5–7 working days.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used (UPI, card, netbanking, etc.) via our payment gateway partner.
Once approved, refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank/UPI provider's processing time — this part is outside our direct control.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated from our end.

TradeCalc Master is a calculation and journaling tool, not a financial product. Refunds are evaluated strictly based on the eligibility criteria above, and not based on trading outcomes, profits, or losses you may experience while using the tool.
